How long will data be retained in Operata?

Operata retains second-by-second detail for shorter periods than rolled-up summary data, with the data accessible in three ways:

CX Copilot

  • 14 days of data can be queried using CX Copilot


Canvas dashboards

  • 65-days - Detailed data

  • 12-days - Agent Softphone Logs at level 'WARN' or 'INFO'

  • 30-days - Agent Softphone Logs at level 'ERROR'

  • 30-days - Softphone Error States


Calls and Logs

  • 3-Years - Call Stats Log - All the post call data collected for each call is summarised (including CTR and Contact Lens data within AWS CCaaS environments).

  • 14-days - Softphone Logs

Note: Log download has a 10,000 record download limit


Operata API

  • 3-Years - Call Stats Log - All the post call data collected for each call is summarised (including CTR and Contact Lens data within AWS CCaaS environments). The detail and frequency of data collection is detailed in the Operata public document store.
