Provide guidance to agents on the content of the optional comments added to Agent Issue Reports.

Customers may want to provide guidance to agents on acceptable optional comments when they use Agent Messenger to report issues.

You can now add some content guidance, below the comments box.

Navigate to Settings, Agent Alerts and add text to the Optional Comments Prompt

Note: Need to limit the text to 100 characters or less..

The text guidance will appear below the Optional Comments box.
