Operata integrates with both Krisp and Sanas to capture the headset connected to these applications and for Krisp whether Noise Cancellation and Accent Conversion has been enabled.

For the integration to work the following needs to be in place:
Operata Browser Extension at version v1.9.6
Krisp software version x
Krisp enabled x
Chrome/Edge browser version?

Sanas software version 3.1.6.0
Sanas application (Node.js) installed on the agents OS (Windows/Mac)

Troubleshooting
When the integration is in place the navigating to Headset Inventory page should show both whether Krisp/Sanas is used and the headset type connected.
Krisp example:
NC indicates that Noise Cancellation has been enabled and AC indicates that Accent Conversion has been enabled / is the Headset type used.
