Operata training centre, message Operata, issue reporting and Operata service availability in one place.

When you are logged into Operata, select the speech bubble icon on bottom right to launch the Operata Help Center.

Here's what you can do within Help Centre.

From here you the Home button lets you:

  • See the real-time Status of the Operata service and its key performance indicators.

  • Send us a message to ask any questions, the team will respond as soon as possible.

  • Search for help launches Operata help articles that hopefully answer any questions.

  • Use the Have an issue? button to capture the details of any problems.


The Help icon launches access to three collections:

  • Training Centre with video guides and details on all Operata features and how to use them.

  • User Guides more detail on each of the dashboards and the data they present.

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) is a collection of articles on enabling and using Operata.

Note: You need to be logged into Operata to access these guides


The Messages icon shows messages to and from Operata
