Device used for a call
When ever a call is taken or made by an an Agent, Operata captures detail on the type of device used for both Output and Input.
You can find this data in the GET THE DETAILS dashboard, within the JSON details.
If the Agent changes the Input or Output device between or during a call, Operata tags an Agent event called 'OutputDeviceChanged' or 'InputDeviceChanged' within the AGENT STATUS dashboard - if this during a call then the call ContactID will also be seen.
Use the chevron next to the event to expand it and see details on specific changes to the device.
